“There Were Three Men Dancing On The Moon”
There were three men
dancing on the moon
Spacesuits tethered them and saved their faces
They pushed off the surface and were able to flip, twist, and spin and not completely fly away into the cosmos
Not get sucked down past some event horizon holy black
Stars from afar shimmering
From up close exploding burning gas
There were three men dancing on the moon
One was constructive
Fixed broken homes, beautified and upgraded dilapidated ones, formed a community around himself that was straight out of the helping friendly book
While he did his work he gave work, helping others with their self worth
He scratched backs and in turn his was scratched too
Working together with the intention to better
He worked hard to help, a real go getter
Another man offered guidance to help teachers
A teacher of teachers
Helping those often from broken homes whether it be domicile or the physical body they were put into
Out of control behaviors of children he taught others how to handle and curtail
Sometimes having to step in and put himself at risk too
His love and wisdom guided him and others through
The last man loved words and music like every other man
He delivered papered messages of bills, government reminders, advertisements, and the occasional reminder of love in this electronic land
The people just wanted the packages though from medication, to cat litter, to Playstations
He heard that word, “Playstation”, in the robotic vaguely female but more robot alien hybrid of the television commercial
That man dancing on the moon was a ranter and raver
He wrote this with love for his two close circle friends that have been longterm lifesavers
There were three men dancing on the moon
